Answer

Start at the Catalog and enter a search for the journal (the source of the article). Choose to search this entry as a Journal title (exact). This will bring up whatever coverage we have of this source. If it is an online record, look for the "Click here" link that will carry you to the journal coverage. Then it is a matter of choosing the correct date of interest, followed by a locating of the precise article of interest.
