Research Insight is now available from the Rowan Cloud. Rowan Cloud may be accessed from on or off campus after installing the Citrix client.
On a Windows computer, select the Windows Start menu from the bottom left of your screen and choose All Programs, then look for the Citrix Receiver program. You will be prompted to install the Citrix Client if it is not already installed. View the detailed instructions here.

Once it is installed, click on Citrix Receiver (the grey and white dartboard icon on the bottom right of your screen) and log in using your Rowan credentials. Then use the 'plus' sign on the the left to navigate to the Business folder and look for the Research Insight icon.
