Why do I need a username and password to use ILLiad?
ILLiad uses your Rowan NetID for authentication (to prove you are a Rowan University student or employee), since only Rowan University users are eligible to use interlibrary loan.
The new user registration form has been greatly simplified. Once you select your location (use Campbell Library unless you're a medical student or faculty member), all we ask for is your name, Banner ID, Rowan email address, status, and discipline. Next time you use ILLiad, you won't have to enter this information.
Use our simple form to email us your question. We usually respond to questions within 24 hours Monday through Friday. You can also text us your question, if you prefer: (856) 302-0367.
Research Consultations
Schedule a meeting (in-person or virtual) with a librarian for advice on defining your topic, developing your research strategy, and locating and using sources.
Feel free to call us: (856) 256-4802, or just stop by the Library's Temporary Service Desk on the 2nd Floor of Savitz during our renovation, open M-F 8:30am-4:30pm.
