What is "electronic delivery" in the Illiad interlibrary loan system and how does it work?

Articles that you request through ILLiad will be delivered to your Rowan University email address in electronic format, either the same digital copy provided to subscribers or a scanned copy of the article originally issued in print.

Many libraries ship photocopies of articles to us in electronic format. In the past we printed these articles before delivering them to you. Now, through ILLiad, we are able to offer you the option of electronic delivery of these articles in PDF format (Adobe's Portable Document Format).

Articles that are delivered to the user electronically expire after 30 days.
