Rowan students can still use nearly all the electronic resource from off campus but because most of the are subscription based and limited to the Rowan Community, you must come through the Library website in order to obtain a proxy address.  You do this, simple point you browser to  www.lib.rowan.edu Select the databases you wish to search. At some point you will be asked for your User name and password. this is the one you use to sign in and get your email at Rowan.  Once you enter that information the database servers will know you are part of the community.
