I can't access Google Chrome from the Library Computer Lab computers. What can I do?

This is a problem that occurs from time to time and is related to the user's profile and not the workstation. There are a couple of solutions:

1. Chrome is still there. It is just that the user's profile has gotten rid of the short cuts to it. Chrome can be accessed on any Rowan workstation at C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

2. The user can call IRT Help Desk at 6-4400 to see if the user's profile settings can be restored.

3. The user can go in-person to the IRT Help Desk in Memorial Hall for assistance.
