This message from the E-ZBorrow system indicates a problem with your account.
If you logged in with your Banner number, it means you have a block on your library account, such as a fine. You will need to resolve this block with the Access Services department ((856) 256-4802) before you can request a book through E-ZBorrow.
If you logged in with your Rowan network account, you will need to log out and log back in with your Banner number. You should then be able to request a book.
