Unfortunately, your Cooper or Rowan credentials will not work.  You will need to register for a ClinicalKey account to download certain chapters.

To create a personal Clinical Key account,  go to CMSRU's ClinicalKey database.  Once in the database, find and click Log in in the upper right corner.  A small log in box will appear.  Click the Not Registered link. 

A registration form will appear for you complete.  When you're done click register at the bottom. A My Clinical Key link will now appear in the upper right corner of the screen with your name and a log out link.

After registering, you will be able to download the chapter.
