A: Starting from your search results, click on the title of the article you want:
Do you see where it says “Full text links?” Go ahead and click on the button that is just underneath.
Now do you see where it says “View Online” → “Full text availability” → [proper name]? Click on the blue hypertext link, which should be the journal or publisher name (e.g., “Highwire Press European Respiratory Society.”) This should take you to the article.
