Q. I clicked on an article that I want to read, but on the next page it says that I need to request the article from Interlibrary Loan.
A: Unfortunately, our patrons occasionally get this erroneous message for articles that the library does in fact own. It's a bug that should be fixed soon. In the meantime, try refreshing the page twice.
Now you should have the option to click on an article link. (In the example below you'd click on the hypertext link "DOAJ Directory of Open Access Journals" or "ProQuest Central."
