Yes, Rowan-Virtua SOM has an institutional fellowship that allows its faculty, residents, and medical students to submit case reports to the journal, BMJ Case Reports 

You have to contact the Hope Brings Strength Health Sciences Library to obtain the code needed to submit case reports.  Consult the attached PDF for instructions on submitting your case report.
