Yes, Rowan-Virtua SOM has an institutional fellowship that allows its faculty, residents, and medical students to submit case reports to the journal, BMJ Case Reports 

You have to contact the Rowan-Virtua SOM Health Sciences Library to obtain the code needed to submit case reports.  Consult the attached PDF for instructions on submitting your case report.
