NO, study space at the Hope Brings Strength Health Sciences Library is at a premium, and must be reserved for the use of Rowan medical students and other Rowan students based on the Stratford campus.  Additionally, access to the building where the library is located is restricted on evenings and weekends.  Students from other institutions or anyone not affiliated with Rowan University may not use the Hope Brings Strength Health Sciences Library.
